NEW GUEST AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Please read below about our cancellation policy for future appointments.

 

Due to an increase of increased no-call, no-shows for new guest appointments, we will now require a credit card on file for all new guests. All card information, once entered, is encoded and not visible in our point of sale system, making it secure! A charge equal to 50% of service price will be made to the card on file in case of no-show or cancelling within 48 hours of service.

Our salon computer system is super advanced in the way of letting us keep track of SAME DAY cancellations or No-shows. If you are an established guest of the salon, we will be asking for a card on file after one No-show is marked in the computer or THREE same day cancellations occur.

 

If there is no one in the girls chairs, they are not getting paid. We don't require, but REQUEST 24 hour notice for cancelling appts so we may fill that spot. Thank you,
