Please read below about our cancellation policy for future appointments.

Cancellation Policy:
We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other guests and keeps our stylists' schedules running smoothly.


Last-Minute Cancellations & No-Shows:
We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, in the event of a cancellation within 3 hours of your appointment or a no-show, a 50% charge of the missed service will be invoiced to you. Our up-to-date-system keeps track for us, and alerts us in no-show situation. Everyone is allowed 1 freebie, we understand that things slip our minds sometimes.
Also, in the first 3 years of owning the salon, we would receive an average of (1) 2-3 hour no-show a month. Currently, some of the girls are averaging 2-3 a week. No one in our chair sadly equals no income. 


Invoice Process:
You will receive a secure online invoice for the service missed. Once the invoice is paid, we'd be more than happy to help you reschedule your appointment. Your understanding and cooperation ensure that our stylists can continue doing what they love and providing you with exceptional service.

Our stylists pour their talent and passion into every appointment, and they appreciate your respect for their time. By adhering to our cancellation policy, you contribute to the livelihood of our talented team.
